5 Tips for Reaching Your Training Goals
More and more people train regularly - with more or less success... With the following tips you can reach your goals quite easily:
Tip 1: Define clear training goals
For you to reach a training goal, the goal must be precisely defined. If it is not clear, it will also be difficult to plan the right training measures.
Tip 2: Go to a fitness studio
Many people train at home in front of the TV. There you are not supervised by a coach. In a good fitness studio you have a competent fitness coach at your side who accompanies you during your training. They will support you with advice and action, answer your questions, motivate you, check your exercise execution and correct it when needed.
Tip 3: Train with a training plan
Important for your progress is that you regularly increase your training intensity. You monitor this with a training plan. It is difficult to keep the tension duration of the exercises and the training weights in your head. It can also make sense to photograph your body regularly to document the changes. The photo is ideally taken on the same weekday and at the same time.
Tip 4: Leave your ego at home
Many still believe that lifting heavy weight leads to more success and progress. However, to generate a stimulus, the force that can ultimately act on the target muscle is decisive - combined with the time span in which it acts. And it is precisely this force that becomes smaller through sloppy execution and moving the weights too quickly. Even if others move more training weight, leave your ego at home and choose a weight that you can move very slowly and controlled through the full range of motion for at least 60 seconds and at most 180 seconds.
Tip 5: Always remember your goals
Remind yourself of your goals every day! Hang them up as a picture or a saying in your room. Get closer to them step by step. Share them on your social media channels, with friends or family. And - very important: Never give up!
