Thanks to the successful takeover of LiveFit Weinfelden, you now have two update centers in Weinfelden:
Weinfelden is centrally located, in the heart of the Canton of Thurgau. The town is easy to reach by public and private transport.
Fitness training suits both hobby and competitive athletes. Whether you enjoy movement, want to train together with others, or want the positive effect of cross training. Fitness training can also complement other sports, so that your body is trained holistically and in a varied way.
With the support of an experienced coach, your goals can be easily defined and achieved with an individual training plan. Supervised coaching is included in the subscription price at update Fitness.
Alongside strength machines and cardio machines, a generous free weight area awaits you. They allow you to train individually, whatever your mood.
In group fitness, we sweat together. It is not only fun, it also motivates you to push beyond your own limits.
While you enjoy your workout, your children are warmly looked after in the update Fitness Kinderwelt. Our trained staff commit themselves fully to making the gym visit an experience for the youngest too.
Our center is located at Amriswilerstrasse 57, directly next to the Firehouse. Parking spaces are sufficiently available. We look forward to your visit. You can get to know us without obligation in a free trial workout.
