At update Fitness Frick you train on a spacious area of 780 m² with a modern, fully equipped training infrastructure. You can look forward to the complete training range with high-quality Plate Loaded machines as well as a versatile strength and endurance area.
The location is open 24/7 for you, so you can train whenever it fits into your everyday life. In addition, you benefit from integrated physiotherapy and your own free parking spaces right on site.
(Note: No group training and no kids' world at the Frick location.)

Our liveCOACHES support you digitally outside the regular support hours. Via modern terminals you can request help at any time, whether with training questions or using the equipment. This way you are always well supported.
Our high-quality cardio machines give you ideal conditions for varied cardio training. With integrated entertainment features such as TV, internet and virtual routes, your training stays motivating and entertaining while you specifically improve your endurance.
