Our current Fribourg Givisiez location is expected to move to the new Fribourg Ste-Thérèse location in 2027. The Givisiez location will close once the new premises at Route du Jura 37 open with a celebratory opening. Our experienced COACH team is always there for you on site with advice and support to help you reach your fitness goals sustainably.
At update Fitness, you combine independent training with modern digital support. Our innovative liveCOACHES support you even outside the standard coaching hours. Via interactive terminals right in the centre, you can request support anytime and easily, whether you have questions about exercise execution or need individual tips for your training. This way you train independently at all times, yet you are always in excellent care.
Our high-quality next-generation cardio machines ensure a varied and motivating training experience. With integrated TV, fast internet access and virtual routes, time flies by. Stay online, watch your favourite videos or browse the internet while you improve your fitness and clear your mind of everyday life.
With our versatile update online fitness offer, you stay flexibly active even outside the centre. You get access to exhilarating live classes and a large selection of on-demand workouts, so you can train from home or on the go. Our administration arranges your access simply and easily for you, so you can get started right away. Please note that no group classes are offered on site at the Ste-Thérèse location.
