A high-quality training environment is being created across approximately 468 m², featuring a selection of strength and cardio equipment as well as modern Flexx stations. Thanks to 24-hour opening hours, you can train here around the clock with complete flexibility. The opening at Industrie West 42 (in the Hägipark shopping centre) is planned for winter 2026/27. Our modern, high-quality studio, covering around 690 m², offers you the ideal training environment for your personalised workout. Whether you want to improve your endurance, build muscle in a targeted way or simply find an active way to unwind from everyday life.

Since 18 September 2026, we’ve been welcoming you at Florastrasse 1. Located on the first floor, directly above the Coop, you’ll find a modern, smart gym offering a high-quality training environment across 400 m². Make the most of the wide range of strength and cardio equipment, as well as the specialised Flexx stations, for a varied workout.

Since 10 April 2026, we've been enriching what's on offer in the region with our new location on Schulstrasse 53. We're absolutely delighted that we've been able to expand our network and can now welcome you in Frick too.

On 01.02.2026, we took over the training area of the former upfitness at Via Santa Maria 68b in Gordola (TI).

In the winter of 2026/27, we're planning to open our new update Fitness location on Hammerstrasse 5. Look forward to a modern, spacious training environment with more than 1’100 m² of training space.

The opening at Route du Jura 37 is scheduled for winter 2026/27. A versatile training centre spanning over 1,100 m² is being created in a former bank. Look forward to a varied workout in a unique setting.

update Fitness is set to open at Eulerstrasse 55 in Basel, probably in autumn/winter 2026. You can look forward to a modern and welcoming environment with a wide range of training options to suit your individual needs.

From 2 October 2026, you’ll find update Fitness at General Dufourstrasse 16. Spanning over 1,000 m², a functional and modern studio awaits you, perfectly tailored to your strength and endurance workouts.

Since mid-May 2026, we've had our doors open at Molliserstrasse 41. We've taken over the former premises of Activ Fitness, and we're delighted to welcome you to our first location in this region.

update Fitness in Spreitenbach has been welcoming you since 5 December 2025. On 700 m² at Güterstrasse 7, a modern, smart training environment awaits you – ideal for effective strength and endurance training.

We're delighted to have taken over the space of the former Klub der Sportfreunde Wallisellen in the Glattzentrum. Since 1 July 2025, we've been welcoming our members back to update Fitness Glattzentrum. A high-quality training environment with a wide range of strength and cardio equipment, plus flexible training options, awaits you.

Since 27 February 2026, we've been welcoming you to our new location on Thunstrasse 8+10. We're absolutely delighted to now be there for you in Spiez too.

On 14 November 2025, we opened a new update Fitness location on General-Wille-Strasse 59 in Feldmeilen. Our new gym offers you a welcoming atmosphere, plus everything you need for effective, targeted training.

On 21 February 2025 we opened our sixth update Fitness in the heart of the city of St. Gallen, right by the Gallusmarkt on Favrestrasse 3. You can expect a broad range of options, tailored precisely to your specific needs. 

Since the end of September 2024, we've been warmly welcoming you to update Fitness Mariastein at Metzerlenstrasse 1. You can look forward to a relaxed atmosphere and you'll find everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.

In early November 2024, we opened our update Fitness by Stadtpark in St. Gallen. Discover a wide range of modern training equipment, tailored to your needs. Our gym offers you support from experienced coaches, so you can reach your goals effectively.

Since mid-October 2024, our new update Fitness St. Gallen Espenmoos has been open for you at Heiligkreuzstrasse 28. This location replaces our St. Gallen Ost gym and offers you a modern fitness environment with a wide range of training options. Alongside individual training options, you can also look forward to varied group classes tailored perfectly to your needs. We're looking forward to getting started together in Espenmoos and helping you reach your fitness goals.
