As a unique fitness centre in Switzerland, we offer you a fully remotely supervised training experience. Our site is accessible exclusively through remote supervision by our liveCOACHES, who enable you to receive professional support at all times, regardless of your schedule.
With us you benefit from a comprehensive fitness offer, complemented by dedicated liveCOACHES. Even though our site itself is not supervised on site, our liveCOACHES are connected directly via terminals and are available to you at any time for questions, training adjustments or motivation. This way you receive individual support and expert guidance, no matter when you train.
Our online fitness platform is included in your subscription and allows you to take part in a wide variety of classes comfortably from home, while experiencing the feeling of community. We offer both live classes and an extensive library of online group classes. Please note that no group classes are offered on site at update Fitness Mariastein. Alternatively, you can attend group classes at nearby locations. Simply request your access details from our administration to get unrestricted access and stay fit wherever you are.
