The annual subscription for CHF 699.– is valid at all update Fitness locations throughout Switzerland and includes the full fitness and class offering, including personal support. Childcare in our facilities with Kinderwelt is also included in the subscription during the supervised hours.

Exercise should not be a tiresome duty, but should be fun, bring joy and encourage social contacts. In Aesch BL we offer you a diverse programme of supervised group classes. From sweat-inducing endurance and strength workouts (such as P.I.I.T, BBP or Cycling) to health-promoting movement classes, there is something for every fitness level.
