At update Fitness you benefit from maximum freedom combined with modern, digital support. The liveCOACHES are available to you at any time. You can request support via the terminals in the centre, whether you have questions about your training or your membership. This way you train independently, but never alone.
Our high-quality cardio equipment offers you plenty of variety. With integrated TV, internet access and virtual routes, every cardio session becomes an experience that takes you further physically and mentally.
Would you like to train from home from time to time? With the update online fitness offer, you have access to live classes and numerous on-demand workouts. This keeps you flexible and lets you stay active at any time.
Please note that we do not offer group classes on site in Murten. You will find many update locations with class offerings at update-fitness.ch/gruppenfitness, which you can use as normal with your membership.
