Besides the strength machines, including barrier-free options and a free weight area, we also offer innovative Fle.xx back machines for targeted muscle-lengthening training. Our experienced coaches support you competently on your way to help you reach your fitness goals effectively and safely.

At our various locations we offer a holistic fitness experience supported by our liveCOACHES. Thanks to our innovative remote-supervised hours, our fitness centres are always supervised. Our liveCOACHES are connected via terminals in the centres and are available to you at any time for questions and support.
Our online fitness platform is included in your membership. With our expanded programme you can conveniently take part in a variety of classes from home and enjoy the sense of community. We offer live lessons as well as an extensive library of group classes online. Simply request your access details from Administration to get unlimited access and stay fit wherever you are.
