Since May 2022, we have offered you a modern, top-equipped training environment at this location for your health, strength and endurance. The centre is ideally located a little outside the town centre and, with its 24/7 opening hours on 365 days a year, offers you maximum flexibility for your training. Whether you want to strengthen your muscles in a targeted way, improve your mobility or do something preventive for your well-being: our experienced COACHES are always happy to support you with advice and action.

The annual subscription for CHF 699.– is valid at all update Fitness locations throughout Switzerland and includes the complete fitness offer, including personal support.
In our studio at Landquartstrasse 101, you can expect first-class equipment and a well-thought-out room concept for every form of training, from strength training and free-weight areas to cardio training and functional exercises. Thanks to our 24/7 opening hours (around the clock), you can train completely independently of fixed time slots, whenever it fits perfectly into your day.
The location a little away from the bustle ensures a relaxed training atmosphere and particularly easy access. Free parking spaces are available right outside the door, so you can arrive without searching for a parking space and start your training straight away. You can also reach us quickly from nearby communities such as Frasnacht, Horn, Roggwil or Steinach.
With us, you are at the centre of attention. Our certified COACHES create a training plan tailored exactly to your needs, carefully show you how to use the equipment and help you reach your fitness goals safely and sustainably.
Please note: At our Arbon location, we do not offer group classes or childcare. However, you do not have to give up group training. With your update subscription, you have free access to our extensive online fitness portal. This lets you flexibly access live classes and a varied training archive with numerous on-demand workouts from home or on the go. If you would like to train in a group on site or use a centre with a kids' world, you can easily visit our other locations in the region.
As a member of update Fitness, you enjoy maximum freedom: with your annual subscription for Arbon, all other update Fitness locations throughout Switzerland are automatically open to you at no extra cost.
