Soy Protein – The Vegan Protein Source

High-quality soy protein is the ideal vegan protein source.

update Nutrition Soy Protein Isolate is excellent for a low-carb, reduced-fat diet. It's therefore especially suitable for people with a cow's milk allergy or lactose intolerance, vegetarians and vegans. Even though soy protein isolate isn't the first choice for increasing your muscle protein synthesis rate, it does have significant benefits:

  • High protein content
  • Gluten-free
  • Rich in B vitamins, minerals and trace elements
  • Versatile to use
  • Environmentally sustainable
  • Low in carbohydrates
  • Vegan
  • lactose-free

For people with lactose intolerance, a vegan protein is a very well-tolerated alternative to whey or casein protein powder. Soy protein isolate is also rich in micronutrients, for example B vitamins. Minerals such as magnesium and potassium (important for muscle function) and trace elements such as iron (which helps transport oxygen in the blood) are also present in relatively larger amounts.

With its neutral taste, you can even cook with it. So you can easily meet your protein needs without any animal products at all.

If you want to use it after training, we recommend enriching your shake with branched-chain amino acids (BCAA). According to scientific studies, this has a better effect on your muscle protein synthesis rate.
