update Convention Bern

On 15 January 2023, the first update Convention took place at our Bern Marktgasse location.

A varied and intense programme was on the agenda. Whether Powerstep, Aerobic, P.I.I.T, Pump, Simply Core, Fighttime, Yoga or Fitboxe – there was something for everyone.

Together we sweated, laughed, motivated each other and gave it everything we had. We'd like to thank the more than 120 participants – it was a brilliant event. We're already looking forward to the next Convention.
