Boost your fat loss with these 5 tips

With these 5 tips, you can easily boost your fat loss

Tip 1: Negative energy balance

The be-all and end-all of long-term fat loss is a negative energy balance. In other words, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn. Without a calorie deficit, nothing happens. Aim for a slightly negative energy balance and be patient. To lose 1 kg of body fat, you need a negative energy balance of around 9000 kcal.

Tip 2: Regular strength training

Strength training has a threefold effect on your energy balance. First, you burn more calories during the workout itself. Intense strength training also increases your rate of muscle building, and that process requires energy too. On top of that, more muscle mass means you burn more calories even on rest days.

To build muscle mass, your protein dosage and timing both need to be right.

Tip 3: Low blood sugar levels

When the supply of carbohydrates and certain amino acids in the blood rises, insulin is released. Through intracellular signalling pathways, insulin increasingly inhibits the hormone-sensitive lipase, among other things, which suppresses lipolysis. At the same time, insulin promotes the build-up of triacylglycerols in fatty tissue. Shape Burner capsules may possibly help you increase your lipolysis.
So keep your intake of carb-rich food in moderation.

Tip 4: Endurance training

If you want to boost your fat loss, you can increase your acute energy expenditure during training. On top of that, your fat oxidation rate stays elevated for 24h to 48h after an endurance session. Well-trained endurance athletes can mobilise more energy from fat during training. For maximum fat oxidation during exercise, training in the morning in a fasted state works best. At that point, your glycogen levels are relatively low, which in turn raises your fat oxidation rate. This is how you can boost your fat loss.

Tip 5: Movement outside of training

The energy you burn outside of training can also have a big impact on your energy balance. So make sure you get enough movement in everyday life. The more active you are, the better.
