Why Are update Nutrition Products So Affordable? We'll Tell You!
We're often asked why update Nutrition products can be sold so cheaply. In this blog, we take a closer look.
update Nutrition is part of update Fitness AG.
update Fitness AG is one of Switzerland's leading fitness providers, already counting over 26'000 members and currently employing around 600 staff (full and part time). For 10 years now, all update Fitness facilities have met the ISO 9001/2008 quality standard, as the first fitness provider in Europe to do so. All locations are also qualitop accredited. This guarantees update Fitness customers contribution payments of up to Fr. 690.- a year from leading health insurers.
Distribution
We have all our products bottled directly by the manufacturer according to our own recipes and sell them directly in update Fitness gyms, through selected partners, and directly through our online shop. This saves us huge costs on logistics and distribution.
Marketing costs
update Nutrition already uses update Fitness AG's existing marketing channels and can therefore cut marketing costs enormously. The 26'000 loyal update Fitness guests also make it possible for us to do without expensive advertising. We're very grateful for that. After all, it's always the customer who ends up paying for high advertising costs.
Logistics
Our products come fresh from production straight into our central warehouse and are then distributed from there to our gyms and partners, mainly via Swiss Post, or shipped directly to you. So we save on storage costs and don't cause unnecessary lorry miles. That's good for the environment as well as your wallet.
Margin
update Nutrition passes part of the margin straight on to you as a customer, and deliberately does without it. Many other brands pocket huge margins or use the price to cover the costs of the points mentioned above. The price says absolutely nothing about the quality of the product!
