Presale Terms
- You can only benefit from the presale offer if you use the named gym as your home gym (near your home or workplace). You must complete an introductory session at your first visit, and booking an appointment is compulsory.
- The presale membership contract initially runs for 12 months (from the opening date). If the membership contract is not cancelled by the member or by update Fitness at least 4 weeks before it expires, it is automatically extended by a further 12 months at update Fitness's standard annual rate.
- Ordering a membership is a binding agreement that results in a membership with update Fitness. update Fitness may reject this offer in writing, without giving reasons, within 14 days of the date the application was submitted.
- If the membership fee is not paid within the period granted, update Fitness reserves the right to charge the member for default costs. update Fitness also reserves the right to cancel the membership in writing without giving reasons in the event of late payment, and to charge an additional processing fee of CHF 200.
- Membership with update Fitness is personal. The member is therefore required to use their member code only personally and not pass it on to third parties.
- The member is required to notify update Fitness immediately of any change to contract-relevant data (name, address, etc.).
