The update family keeps growing

Good news 🎉 – as of today, the former Plan C Fitness in Kriens is part of the update family. We warmly welcome all Plan C guests and the whole team.
At the end of May, the fitness centre will be converted into an update Fitness gym within 2 days, and will open with an event on 1 and 2 June.

We'll keep you posted, and we're delighted to welcome you in Kriens from now on.
