To offer our guests more flexibility, we allow the annual subscription to be paid in 2 or 3 instalments.
Please note the following information:

• Number of instalments: You can choose between 2 or 3 instalments.
• Due date: Each instalment is due in the following month.
• Surcharge: A surcharge of CHF 30.00 per instalment is charged.

To receive the instalment application for signature, you can fill in the application below directly. You will then receive the document by email. Alternatively, you can also contact the COACH in person at the centre to fill in and sign the application on site.
