Description

BCAA Pulver

BCAA est l'abréviation de l'anglais "branched chain amino acids", qui signifie en français "acides aminés à chaîne ramifiée". Il s'agit des trois acides aminés essentiels L-leucine, L-valine et L-isoleucine.

Das update Nutrition® BCAA Pulver hat 100% freie Aminosäuren Leucin, Valin und Isoleucin im Verhältnis 4:1:1. Die Einnahme empfehlen wir vor oder während dem Training. Alternativ empfehlen wir dir vor lang andauernden Ausdauerleistungen eine Portion einzunehmen. Mit dem Pulver kannst du zudem deine minderwertigen Proteinquellen aufwerten.

Nahrungsmittel mit BCAA (verzweigtkettige Aminosäuren) mit Aromen und Süssungsmittel.

Zubereitung: Empfohlene tägliche Verzehrmenge 5 g aufgelöst in 200 ml Wasser.
